优质护理服务在急诊抢救室中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨对急诊抢救室患者提供优质护理服务前后其客观评价和满意度的变化。方法随机抽取实施优质护理服务前后急诊抢救室收治的急诊患者各500名并分为A、B组,按照急诊抢救护理工作流程对A患者施行治疗性的普通护理,对B组患者则施行优质护理服务示范工程活动方案要求规范护理服务后的护理流程,并对其结果时行评价。结果优质的护理服务活动的客观评价较好,可以极大提高急诊抢救室患者的满意度,可在急诊抢救室工作中推广应用。

The clinical application of quality care in the emergency department
Abstract:Objective To explore the changes in the objective evaluation and patient satisfaction before and after providing quality care in the emergency department.Methods 500 cases of emergency patients admitted to emergency department before and after the implementation of quality care were randomly chosen.They were divided into A and B group.According to emergency rescue care demonstration project program,the group A was taken with ordinary care,group B was taken the implementation of quality nursing process in accordance with the of activities requires care processes regulate care services.And the results were taken for evaluation.Results The objective evaluation of the quality of care activities is better,can greatly improve patients’ satisfaction in the emergency department work to promote the application.
