血清基质金属蛋白酶-9与慢性心力衰竭相关性分析

目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在评估慢性心力衰竭病情中的意义。方法测定106例心力衰竭患者及36例健康对照者血清MMP-9浓度,通过超声心动图测定2组心脏结构及功能,分析血清MMP-9浓度与心力衰竭的关系。结果心力衰竭患者血清MMP-9浓度显著高于健康对照者,且随着心力衰竭程度加重升高更为明显(P均<0.01)。随着心力衰竭程度加重,左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径增加越明显,左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率减少越明显,血清MMP-9浓度的变化与心力衰竭程度改变有良好的相关性。结论慢性心力衰竭患者血清MMP-9浓度增高,血清MMP-9浓度有助于心力衰竭及其严重程度的判断。

The relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 and chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the value of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in assessment of chronic heart failure.Methods Totally 106 cases of heart failure and 36 healthy volunteers were enrolled.The concentrations of serum MMP-9 were measured in both groups,and cardiac structure and function was evaluated with echocardiography.Analyze the relationship between concentration of serum MMP-9 and heart failure.Results In heart failure patients,the concentration of serum MMP-9 was significantly higher than healthy volunteers,and as the severity of heart failure increased it became more obvious(P<0.01).With the increasing of heart failure severity,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)increased obviously,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the left ventricular fraction shortening(FS)reduce more significantly.There had good correlation between the concentrations of serum MMP-9 and severity of heart failure.Conclusion Chronic heart failure patients presented higher concentration of serum MMP-9,which contributed to judgment of heart failure severity.
