| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腋神经损伤手术治疗的方法。方法 对9例腋神经损伤功能完全丧失，且无自行恢复征象的患者。采用桡神经肱三头肌长头支转位与腋神经远端吻接治疗。结果 经6～18个月，平均12个月随访，三角肌、小固肌。肌力恢复M4^ 2例，M46例，M3l例，仲肘功能无障碍。结论 桡神经肱三头肌长头支转位修复腋神经损伤，是一种疗效好、安全、简单的治疗腋神经损伤的手术方式，有很好的应用和推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the operative therapy on axillary nerve injury. Methods 9 patients with axillary nerve injury whose function completely lost and can't recover spontaneously were treated with long head of triceps brachii muscle translocation of radial nerve and the distal coincidence of axillary nerve. Results It is shown that the muscle strengths in deltoid muscle and teres minor muscle were M + 4 2 cases,M 4 6 cases, M 3 1 case, having been followed up for 6 to 8 months. The stretch function of elbows has no disorder. Conclusion The therapy is simple, safe and effective on the patients with axillary nerve injury. |
