| 摘 要： | 对50余篇有关宫颈癌近距离放疗相关文献进行阅读,简述腔内近距离放疗及组织间插植近距离放疗的发展、适用范围及其局限性,重点探讨腔内联合组织间插植近距离放疗的相关研究应用进展,主要包括施源器种类、适应证、插植针应用规律及剂量学优势、早晚期不良反应、远期随访结果等方面。
