心因性非癫痫性发作的动态脑电图及临床分析

【目的】探讨心因性非癫痫性发作的临床特点与动态脑电图表现。【方法】回顾性分析23例心因性非癫痫性发作的临床资料及动态脑电图结果。【结果】23例患者均捕获＂发作＂,表现为抽搐、肢体瘫痪、意识障碍等多种发作形式,发作时间持续3min～4h。发作期脑电图表现均相似：在肌电伪差、动作伪差间可见正常节律,或表现为全部正常节律,无癫痫样放电。随访1年,本组PNES患者在受到暗示治疗后13例未发作,6例发作次数逐渐减少,4例失访。【结论】PNES从临床症状有时很难与癫痫鉴别,动态脑电图与临床症状相结合,有助于PNES的诊断与鉴别诊断。

Analysis of AEEG and clinical manifestation of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures

[Objective] To study the clinical manifestation and AEEG of PNES. [Methods] The clinical data and AEEG of twenty-three cases of PNES in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] episodes of 23 cases were observed and symptoms continued for 3 minutes to 4 hours, including convulsion, paralysis and consciousness disorder. AEEG of 23 cases were normal and had no epileptiform discharge. After one year follow-up, episodes in 13 cases disapeared ,less frequency in 6 cases and 4 cases lost. [Conclusion...
