| 摘 要： | 目的建立奥硝唑片有关物质检查及含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamosil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长为317 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30∶70∶0.1);柱温:30℃。结果奥硝唑检测限度为6 ng,在0.526~2.63μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 97,n=5),平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.2%(n=5)。结论此方法简单,结果准确可靠,可用于奥硝唑片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine ornidazole and its relevant substances.Methods RP-HPLC was adopted.The column was Diamonsil Diamosil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,the detection wavelength was 317 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The chromatography was conducted at 30 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methylalcohol-water-acetic acid（30∶70∶0.1）.Results The detection limit for ornidazole tablets was 6 ng.Ornidazole had good linearity at 0.526-2.63 μg（r=0.999 97,n=5）,and the average recovery was 98.4% with RSD=1.2%（n=5）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of ornidazole tablets. |
