子宫内膜异位症患者的细胞免疫测定及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者的细胞免疫功能变化及临床意义。方法 :将 5 0例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象 ,2 0例正常妇女为对照组 ,应用玫瑰花试验检测红细胞补体C3b受体花环 (C3bRR)及免疫复合物花环 (ICR) 2项红细胞免疫功能指标 ;采用流式细胞仪测定外周血T细胞亚群。结果 :与对照组比较 ,子宫内膜异位症各组C3bRR均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ICR均明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,子宫内膜异位症患者各组间C3bRR和ICR无显著差异 ;子宫内膜异位症患者外周血CD3、CD4比率及CD4 /CD8的比值均低于对照组 ,CD8比值高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :子宫内膜异位症患者的细胞免疫功能低下 ,可能与子宫内膜异症的发生有关。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the significance of cellular immune function in patients with endometriosis. Method:Fifty patients with endometriosis diagnosed by laparoscopy or laparotomy and 20 normal women kept as the control were studied.The erythrocyte immunologic function including C3b receptor rosette rate (C3bRR) and immune complex rosette rate (ICR) was determined by rosette formation test.CD3 T cell,CD4 T cell,CD8 T cell,CD4/CD8 T cell were determined by flow cytometery.Results:The C3bRR decreased and ICR increaased ( P <0.05) when compared with those of the control.All parameters had no significant difference among three groups.When compared with the control,CD3 T cell,CD4 T cell,CD4/CD8 of patients were significantly lower and CD8 T cell of patients was higher.Conclusions:The cellular immune function of patients with endometriosis is depressed.These changes of cellular immune function may be related to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
