| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2007北京修订新生儿窒息复苏指南培训的效果。方法：我院及湛江市妇幼保健院围产人员接受2007北京修订新生儿窒息复苏指南培训，对培训前出生的A组新生儿2130例与培训后出生的B组新生儿2206例进行回顾性研究。结果：围产人员接受培训后出生的B组新生儿窒息发生率显著低于A组新生儿窒息发生率（P〈0．05）。AB两组新生儿复苏效果比较，B组明显好于A组（P〈0．05）。结论：围产人员接受2007北京修订新生儿窒息复苏指南培训，减少了新生儿窒息发生率，提高了窒息新生儿的复苏水平。
