动力髋螺钉和髁钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

目的:观察动力髋螺钉和髁钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:股骨粗隆间骨折196例,分为两组,动力髋螺钉组91例,髁钢板组105例,观察2种方法的治疗效果。结果:平均愈合时间:动力髋螺钉组8周,髁钢板组9.9周。结论:内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折手术后早期功能锻炼安全可行,可使关节功能早期恢复,并可有效预防并发症。动力髋螺钉较髁钢板内固定更利于患者早期活动。

Effect of dynamic hip screw and condylar plate in intertrochanteric fractures

Objective：To investigate the effects of repairing intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw and condylar plate.Methods：A total of 196 intertrochanteric fracture cases were divided into dynamic hip screw group（91 cases）and condylar plate group（105 cases）,outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results：The mean healing time was 8 weeks for patients treated with dynamic hip screw,and 9.9 weeks for those treated with condylar plate.Conclusions：For patients with internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures,early postoperative functional exercise is safe,feasible,good for early recovery of joint function,and prevention of complications.Dynamic hip screw compared with condylar plate fixation is more beneficial to patients with early activity.Since dynamic hip screw is more favorable for early exercise,it＇s a better treatment comparing with condylar plate.
