| 摘 要： | 解毒化瘀汤治疗温病内毒素血症临床研究结果表明,该方有抗炎作用,对内毒素有拮抗作用,能保护组织器官,特别是心、肝、肾等重要器官免受内毒素损害,能调节免疫功能,对血浆内毒素的清除作用非常显著,有直接对抗或抑制内毒素之抗原作用,对内毒素之生物活性有灭活作用,为临床治疗内毒素血症开拓了一条新的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This clinical study on treating Wen Bing(epidemic febrile disease) endotoxemia with Jie Du Hua Yu Tang(decoctum of detoxication and removing of blood stasis)indicates that this traditional chinese medical formula has anti-inflammatory and antiendotoxin functions, can protect tissues and organs(esp. heart, liver and kidneys)from lesion caused by endotoxin, and can modulate patients immunological functions. This formula can also eliminatc endotoxin from plasma remarkably, directly antagonize or suppress the antigenic action of endotoxin, and thus inactivate the biological activity of endotoxin. It certainly initiates a new effective means of handling endotoxemia. |
