盐酸氨溴索注射液在治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床应用

目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索（沐舒坦）注射液在治疗慢性肺部疾病急性加重期的I临床应用价值。方法：将本院2004年1月～2007年6月收治的86例慢性阻塞性肺病患者，随机分为盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗组（I组）（n=44）和常规治疗对照组（M组）m=42）。比较盐酸氨溴索联合抗感染、对症等治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期，与单用抗感染、对症等治疗患者的临床症状、体征、胸片等改善情况。结果：治疗组有效率为86.3％，高于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组对咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部哕音的疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05），未发现盐酸氨溴索有明显副作用。结论：盐酸氨溴索联合抗感染、止咳、对症治疗慢性肺部疾病急性加重期疗效显著，且安全性高，适合临床推广应用。

The Clinical application of mucosolvan threapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective： To explore the clinical application of mucosolvan threapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in acute exacerbation period. Methods： Eighty-six COPD patients in our derpartment were randomly di- vided into two groups,mucosolvan threapy group （I group）（n=44） and control group（M group）（n=42）. Compared the the clinical symptoms,signs,chest X-ray before and after the treatment. Results： Two groups efficiency comparison differentiae exits palpability（P〈0.05）,obvious side effect was not found in Mucosolvan. Conclusion： Mucosolvan combined with anti-inflammatory and stopping cough will be effective to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,it＇s safe and reliable.
