Observation of Preemptive Analgesia of Dexmedetomidine Supplemented with Sufentanil on Patients after Gallbladder Surgery

Objective To observe the effects of preemptive analgesia of Dexmedetomidine supplemented with Sufentanil on patients after gallbladder surgery.Methods 60 cases of gallbladder surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups.Dexmedetomidine supplemented with sufentanil group（for short,Dexmedetomidine group） and control group.The two groups were performed visible epidural puncture,then connected with Analgesia Pump.The control group was treated with saline nasal＋ Sufentanil（0.04 μg/ kg·h-1）＋ lappaconitine（0.01 mg/ kg·h-1）＋ Ramosetron,while the Dexmedetomidine group was treated with Dexmedetomidine（0.08 μg/ kg·h-1）.Observations were made on the hemodynamic index,visual analog scale（VAS） and the rate of adverse reaction of patients after operation at different time points.Results After 6hours,12hours and 24hours,the Systolic Blood Pressures in Dexmedetomidine group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.At different time points,the DBP and HR in Dexmedetomidine group were higher than those in control group（P0.05）.After 2 hours,6 hours and 12 hours,the visual analog scales in Dexmedetomidine group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The rate of adverse reaction in Dexmedetomidine group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion It is effective to apply dexmedetomidine supplemented with sufentanil to patients after gallbladder surgery.Being low in adverse reaction,it is suitable for lower abdominal surgery for analgesia after operation.
