Observe the Effect of Sanjia Fumai Decoction for Elder Isolated Systolic Hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanjia fumai decoction combined with antihypertensive for elder isolated systolic hypertension.Methods 120 cases of elder isolated systolic hypertension patients were randomly divided into control group 60 cases and 60 cases of experimental group.Control group was given nifedipine.Experimental group was given nifedipine plus Sanjia fumai decoction.After treatment of four weeks,the observations in two groups were on hypotensive effect,evaluation of quality of life and side effect.Results After treatment of 4 weeks,the results of DBP,SBP,PP in control group were significantly lower than before treatment;The results of SBP,PP in control group were significantly lower than before treatment;there were no changes in the results of DBP.Comparing results in groups,DBP,PP in two groups were significantly different.After treatment,factors score in the experimental group were significantly higher than before treatment.Comparing the results in control group,only the results of BP and RE were significantly higher than before treatment;there was no significant difference on other items of quality of life.Comparing results of groups after treatment,except the results of GH,the results in experimental group on other items of quality of life were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion Sanjia fumai decoction combined with antihypertensive could improve the clinical symptoms of the elder isolated systolic hypertension patients.The impression was better than control group.
