| 摘 要： | 目的 观察内镜下鼻胆管引流和乳头括约肌切开术及取石术治疗急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析46例急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎内镜下鼻胆管引流和乳头括约肌切开术及取石术治疗成功率、治愈率,对治疗过程进行总结和分析.结果 46例患者均取得良好疗效,术后出现急性胰腺炎3例,经保守治疗治愈.结论 内镜下治疗急性化脓性...

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage and endoscopic sphincterotomy or lithotomy for acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis(AOSC).Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with AOSC who were performed by endoscopic sphincterotomy and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage in our department were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 46 cases were operated successfully,but 3 postoperative complications of acute pancreatitis were found and then cured after a conservative treatment.Conclusion It is effective to apply endoscopic sphincterotomy to treat acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis(AOSC). |
