| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨体质指数(BMI)与冠心病和高血压病的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,以83对(1:1)冠心病患者和健康人为对象,测量身高、体重,并计算BMI;同时测量血压。结果:冠心病组BMI平均值明显大于对照组(P<0.05),冠心病组超重和肥胖的检出率也明显高于对照组(P<0.01);冠心病组平均收缩压和舒张压均高于对照组(P<0.01),冠心病组检出高血压患者54人(65.06%),对照组检出19人(22.89%),差异具统计学意义(P<0.01);不同BMI水平组高血压患者的检出率亦有显著差异;BMI与血压呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者BMI与血压呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between body mass index(BMI) and blood Pressure.Methods The height,weight and blood pressure were measured in 83 coronary heart disease(CHD) patients and 83 controls without any clinical appearance of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.Results The average BMI and the detectable rate of overweight or obesity were significantly higher in CHD group than that in control group(P<0.05).The average systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly higher in CHD group than that in control group(P<0.01).BMI correlated positively with blood pressure in CHD group(P<0.01) and contral group(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion BMI correlated positively with blood pressure in patients with CHD. |
