高原高血压患者血清一氧化氮的含量变化及卡托普利的干预作用

目的：观察高原高血压患者血清一氧化氮(NO)的含量及卡托普利的干预作用。方法：高原高血压患者39例在应用卡托普利(25 mg，tid，po，疗程4周)治疗前后进行NO含量的测定，并与高原健康志愿者20例进行比较。结果：高原高血压患者血清NO水平较正常对照组明显降低(P＜0.01)，经卡托普利治疗4周后血清NO水平明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论：高原高血压患者体内NO水平显著降低，卡托普利治疗后NO水平明显升高，表明NO水平的改变可能参与了高原高血压的发病过程。

Changes in Serum Nitric Oxide Levels in Patients with High Altitude Hypertension and the Effect of Captopril on the Levels

Objective:To investigate the changes in serum levels of nitric oxide(NO) in patients with high altitude hypertension and the effect of captopril on the levels. Methods:Serum NO levels of 39 patients with high altitudes hypentension were determined after a course of treatment with captopril in a dose of 25 mg PO, t.i.d. for 4 consecutive weeks. 20 local healthy volunteers served as controls. Results:The serum NO levels in patients with high altitude hypertension were significantly lower than those of the controls (P<0.01). The serum NO levels in the patients after the 4 week course of captopril treatment was found to be significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusions:The serum NO levels in patients with high altitude hypention were significantly lower than those in the controls. The serum NO levels in the patients, however, were significantly elevated after a course of captopril treatment, suggesting that changes in serum NO levels may participate in the pathogenesis of high altitude hypertension.
