非特异性免疫药物结合中药对激素抵抗性哮喘患者Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响

目的探讨非特异性免疫药物结合中药治疗激素抵抗性哮喘患者T淋巴细胞表达Th1/Th2细胞因子（IL-4、IFN-γ）之间的平衡以及临床疗效。方法 60例确诊为SRA患者,随机分为2组。非特异性＋中药治疗组（治疗组）30例和非特异性治疗组（对照组）30例,两组均连续治疗10d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。观察2组治疗疗效、IL-4、IFN-γ的变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%明显高于对照组76.6%（P〈0.05）。治疗组IL-4较对照组明显下降（P〈0.05）,治疗组IFN-γ较对照组明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论非特异性免疫药物结合中医治疗SRA有较好的疗效,可显著纠正Th1/Th2表达细胞因子功能的失衡,减轻患者的变态反应性炎症。

Effect and balancc of Th1/Th2 cytokines in steroid resistant asthma by non-specific immune drugs with traditional chinese medicine

Objective To study the effect and balancc of Thl /Th2 cytokines of steroid in resistant asthma（SRA） by non-specific immune drugs with traditional chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods 60 cases with SRA were randomly divided into non-specific ＋ medicine treatment group（experimental group） 30 cases and non-specific treatment group（the control group.） 30 cases,two groups were treated continuously for 10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.IL-4、 IFN-γ were measured befcore and after treatment.Results A total effective rate in treatment group 93.3% were higher than 76.6% in the control group.（P0.05） The IFN-γin treatment group after treatment compared with control group had significantly improved（P0.05）.The IL-4 after treatment compared with control group were significantly lower（P0.05）;Conclusion TCM combination with The non-specific immune drugs have good effect and the functions of Th1 and Th2 cell of cytokines expressionmay be rebalanced.in patients with SRA.
