| 摘 要： | 目的探讨羊水过少对分娩及新生儿的影响。方法选取羊水过少及羊水正常的孕妇各160例分别作为观察组和对照组,对其临床资料进行分析。结果观察组妊娠并发症发生率、剖宫产率明显高于对照组;观察组胎盘、羊水以及新生儿情况与对照组相比明显较差。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羊水过少对孕产妇和围生儿健康均有严重影响,应高度重视,及时发现,采取合适的处理方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate oligohydramnios on maternity and newborn.Methods 320 cases were divided into observation group and control group,the clinical data were analyzed.Results The study group the incidence of pregnancy complications,cesarean section rate was higher;observation group placenta,amniotic fluid and neonatal conditions significantly worse compared with the control group.Significant difference between the two groups had comparable（P0.05）.Conclusion Oligohydramnios on maternal and perinatal health has seriously affected children,should attach great importance to detect and take appropriate approach. |
