| 摘 要： | 在医疗护理活动中,营造和谐的医疗环境,对于提高医疗护理质量,满足病人需求至关重要。通过对护士长在病区管理中的“不和谐”因素分析,分别找出与科主任、医生、护士以及病人之间的“不和谐”因素,并制订相应的对策,充分发挥护士长的协调作用,从而保证各项医疗护理工作顺利开展。

| Abstract: | In the process of medical treatment and nursing,harmonious medical environment is important to improve the quality of medical and nursing service and satisfy patients' needs.This article analyzed the inharmonious factors in ward management for head nurses to identify the inharmonious factors among the following relationships,such as the head nurse and the director of department,the head nurse and doctors,the head nurse and nurses,and the head nurse and patients.Then,some countermeasures were proposed to make full use of the harmonizing function of head nurses,so as to guarantee the medical treatment and nursing works to be run smoothly. |
