血清超敏C反应蛋白检测在心衰病人诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的::通过测定心力衰竭(CHF)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,观察超敏C反应蛋白与心力衰竭程度的关系。方法:选择心力衰竭患者43例,采用NYHA心功能分级法,Ⅱ级21例,Ⅲ级13例,Ⅳ级9例,其中冠心病30例,高血压性心脏病19例,扩张性心肌病14例,风湿性心脏病6例,心瓣膜病2例,同时随机抽取44例健康体检者作为正常对照组,采用散射比浊法测定血清hs-CRP水平。结果:心力衰竭患者血清hs-CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且随NYHA心功能分级级别增高而升高,Ⅱ~Ⅳ级组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者CRP水平升高,与心力衰竭程度关系密切,不同病因所致心力衰竭hs-CRP水平无显著性差异。

Abstract:Objective To determine the serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF),and explore the correlations of hs-CRP and the degree of CHF.Methods In this study,87 subjects were collected in the department of cardiology of the People's Hospital of Hunan Province from Apr 2008 to Apr 2009.They were divided into 43cases of CHF group and 44 cases of control group.According to the grade of cardiac function(NYHA),CHF patients were divided into 21 cases of NYHAⅡ,13cases of NYHAⅢ and 9 cases of NYHAⅣ,including 35cases with coronary heart disease,28 cases with hypertensive heart disease,13 cases with dilated cardiomyopathy,5 cases with rheumatic heart diseases and 3 cases with valvular vitium of the heart.The serum levels of hs-CRP were measured by nephelometry assay.All analysis was performed by SPSS17.0 software.Results The serum levels of hs-CRP were significantly higher in CHF group than in controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The study shows that the serum levels of hs-CRP is higher in CHF patients compared with the controls.The serum level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with the degree of CHF.This result shows suggests that hs-CRP has its own influence in the process of congestive heart failure.
