| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌血液微转移发生规律以及辅助化疗对血液微转移的影响。方法以60例乳腺癌术后患者为研究对象,根据临床分期分为3组(0~Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期),运用RT-PCR技术,以CK19mRNA为标志物,分别检测其辅助化疗前后血液微转移发生情况。结果①化疗前血液微转移阳性率为23.33%(14/60),其中0-Ⅰ期0%(0/9)、Ⅱ期16.22%(6/37)、Ⅲ期57.14%(8/14),三组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②化疗结束血液微转移阳性率为3.33%(2/60),化疗前后血液阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床分期越晚,出现微转移可能性越大。辅助化疗能降低血液中微转移阳性率,是减少术后转移改善预后的重要措施。
