聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法充填术并发症及其处理

目的：探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法充填术并发症的成因及防治方法。方法：总结98例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射充填术并发症临床资料，对并发症统计、分析，针对不同情况进行相应处理。结果：隆乳并发症88例，其中硬结49例；血肿14例；创伤性无菌性炎症8例；胸大肌炎6例；乳房不对称5例；凝胶移位4例；感染2例。面部充填并发症10例，其中隆颞不对称4例，凝胶移位2例；隆颊凝胶移位2例，感染1例；其它1例。经对症治疗、按摩、理疗、穿刺抽吸处理后，多数患者获得满意疗效。结论：聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法充填术并发症主要是操作方法不正确和使用不当的结果。及时正确地处理大多能获得满意的疗效。

THE COMPLICATION OF POLYACRYLAMIDE GEL INJECTION FOR SOFT TISSUE FILLING AND ITS TREATMENT

Objective:To discuss the causes of the complication's formation of polyacrylamide gel injection for soft tissue filling and its prevented procedure.Methods:The clinical data of 98 cases with the complication of polyacrylamide gel injection for soft tissue filling were summarized. statisticed and analyzed, and also the complications were correspondingly treated direct to the different situations.Result:The complications were assessed as follows:Among 88 cases of augmentation mammaplasty,firm nodule 49;hematoma 14;traumatic nonbacterial inflammation 8;inflammation of musculi pectoralis major 6;asymmetry of bilateral breasts 5; gel migration 4; infection 2. Among 10 cases of augmentation facioplasty, asymmetry of bilateral temple region 4; gel displace 2; gel displace of bucca 2, infection 1,and the reminder 1. But most of the cases showed good results through the treatment of symptomatic management, massage, and physical therapy, and needle and removing by suction. Conclusion:The reason for the complications of polyacrylamide gel injection for soft tissue filling is resulted from the unprecise operating procedure and unproper application,so the satisfactory effect in majorities of patients can be obtained by the prompt and the proper treatment of the complications.
