心理干预对全脑血管造影术患者的影响

目的探讨全脑血管造影术对患者情绪的影响及心理干预对其的作用。方法采用社会心理因素调查表对81例行全脑血管造影术的患者进行调查，并用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）比较心理干预前后患者的焦虑、抑郁情况及不同疾病患者的焦虑、抑郁情况。结果患者主要由于对诊疗方法不了解及担心手术失败而造成心理压力；心理干预后患者的焦虑、抑郁情况得到改善（P〈0．01）；不同疾病患者术前的焦虑情况有显著差别（P〈0．05），心理干预后差异消失。结论心理干预可有效缓解行全脑血管造影术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，应作为全脑血管造影术的辅助治疗措施之一。

The effect of mental intervention on patients receiving digital subtraction angiography

Objective To study the mental disorder of the patients receiving digital subtraction angiography and the effect of mental intervention on them. Methods The relevant psychosocial factors of 81 patients receiving digital subtraction angiography were investigated and incidence rate and scores of anxiety and depression were compared before and after mental intervention, even among patients with different kinds of diseases. Results It was mainly having no idea of treatment and being worried about failure of the surgery leading to anxiety and depression of the patients. Anxiety and depression of the patients was relieved after mental intervention. Before intervention anxiety of the patients with different kinds of diseases was significantly different and after intervention all differences disappeared. Conclusions Mental intervention is an effective method to reduce the anxiety and depression disorder in patients receiving digital subtraction angiography.
