| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定血栓通注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量。方法:色谱柱为CAPCELLPAK C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90);流速为0.8ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长284nm。结果:5-羟甲基糠醛进样量在0.0677~270.8ng内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为103.07%,RSD为2.8%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确可靠,专属性强。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of 5 -Hydroxymethyl -furfural in xueshuantong injec- tion. Method The CAPCELLPAK Cls column （4. 6mm ×250mm,5μm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol -0. 1% Phos- phoric acid solution （10： 90）, the flow rate was 0. 8 ml/min, the temperature of column was 25℃, the detection wavelength was 284nm. Results 5 - Hydroxymethyl - furfural showed a good linear relationship in a range of 0. 0677 - 270. 8 ng （ r = 1. 0000） . The average recovery was 103.07%, and RSD was 2. 8%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, specific and accurate. |
