微循环容积脉搏血流特征信息的研究

摘    要:首先比较了脉搏压力和容积脉搏血流两者之间的关系,借助微循环模型详细分析了容积脉搏血流的信息特征,它包含直接和脉动分量两部分,其中,直流分量给出有关总的脉搏血流的信息,而与心率同步的脉动分量与微循环有关,研究结果对开发新型心知管血在数无创检测与监护仪器将有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The relationship between the pulse pressure and the blood flow volume pulse is described in this paper. With the help of a microcirculation model, the characterisitics information of the blood flow of volume pulse was studied in detail. It consists of a steady (DC) and a pulsatile (AC) component. The steady(DC) component is assumed to give information about the total blood volume and the pulsatile (AC) component, synchronous to the heat rate, is assumed to be related to the information of microcirculation. Results of the study showed that there will be a lot of applications of it in developing new non|invasive detection and monitoring instruments for blood flow parameters of cardiovascular system.
