| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腹针配合激光及消朦灵方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：将符合气阴两虚兼目络瘀滞证的糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者60例102眼,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用腹针配合视网膜激光光凝术及口服消朦灵方治疗,对照组采用视网膜激光光凝术并口服消朦灵方,疗程为12周。观察2组治疗前后矫正视力、视网膜循环时间、黄斑区视网膜水肿厚度、新生血管、出血范围及中医候疗效的改变情况。结果：治疗组在视力改善、黄斑区视网膜厚度减少、总体疗效及中医证候积分改善情况均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：腹针配合激光及消朦灵方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者可取得较好临床疗效。
