城市老年人认知功能的影响因素分析

目的：探讨影响城市老年人认知功能的相关危险因素,为老年人轻度认知功能障碍的提早发现和早期干预提供依据,从而延缓老年人智商衰减速度、预防早老性痴呆的发生,提高老年人的生命生活质量。方法：采用整群随机抽样的方法对山西省某市两个社区的380名年龄≥60岁的老年人进行现况调查研究。结果：老年人随年龄增大,智商值有下降趋势;男性平均智商高于女性;受教育水平越高,平均智商值也越高;不同职业人群智力水平也不同,行政干部、科技人员及教师平均智商最高;平时经常参加体育锻炼的老年人平均智商值也较锻炼少或不锻炼的老年人要高。结论：影响老年人认知功能的因素有：年龄、性别、受教育程度、职业、运动、血压等。其中,高文化水平、多运动等是保护因素,年龄大、文化水平低、活动不足、高血压为危险因素。
