红花提取物对大鼠急性实验性脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察改进生产工艺后的红花提取物对大鼠急性实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎,造成造成急性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型,观察该品对动物脑指数、脑含水量和毛细血管通透性的影响,并观察脑组织病理变化。结果:改进工艺后的红花提取物0.84、1.67、3.33 g生药/kg组脑含水量明显减少(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);脑组织内伊文思兰含量明显减少(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);组织形态观察提示,该提取物0.84、1.67、3.33 g生药/kg组神经细胞受累数或程度明显小于手术模型组,胞核深染或核仁消失现象均较轻。结论:改进生产工艺后的红花提取物对大鼠急性实验性脑缺血具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the protection of Safflower extractive after improving productive technology on experimental cerebral ischemia injury in rats.Method: The model of acute experimental incomplete cerebral ischemia was made by selected ligation of bilateral carotid arteries.Then animal cerebral index,the brain water content,capillary permeability,and brain tissue pathological changes were observed carefully.Result: Brain water content in each treatment group of the low,medium and high dose(3.33、1.67、0.84g crude drug / kg) was significantly reduced(P0.05 or P0.01).The content of Evans Silan in the brain tissue in each treatment group(3.33、1.67、0.84g crude drug / kg) was significantly reduced(P0.05 or P0.01).The cerebral morphology observation showed that the number or degree of affected nerve cells in each treatment group(3.33、1.67、0.84g crude drug / kg) was less than the operation group significantly,and nuclei anachromasis or nucleoli disappearance was slight.Conclusion:Safflowerextractive with improved productive technology has good protection from acute experimental cerebral ischemia injury in rats.
