摘    要:目的:观察不同给药时间对非杓型高血压病患者昼夜血压节律的影响。方法:选择60例非杓型轻中度原发性高血压患者随机分为清晨服药组和夜间服药组,进行24 h动态血压监测。2组均选用缬沙坦胶囊每次80~160 mg,每日1次,用药10周,观察用药前后24 h动态血压参数,比较2组血压昼夜节律的变化。结果:2组治疗24 h,白昼、夜间平均收缩压、舒张压均显著下降(P〈0.05)。2组收缩压昼夜节律改变的有效率分别为63.33%和86.67%,舒张压为60.00%和83.33%。结论:夜间服药不仅能24 h平稳降低血压,而且能显著改变血压昼夜节律,从而达到保护靶器官的目的。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of different delivered medication time on the diurnal blood pressure rhythm of patients with non-dipper hypertension.Methods: Sixty patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension,who had 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,were randomly divided into two groups of taking medicine in early morning and in the evening.The patients of the two groups were treated with tablet of 80~160 mg Vilsartan once a day.The treatment continued for ten weeks to observe the parameters of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure before and after treatment and compare the changes of diurnal blood pressure rhythm of the two groups.Results: The average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at night and the day were obviously decreased after 24 h treatment for the two groups(P<0.05).The effectiveness rate of the diurnal rhythm changes of the SBP in two groups was 63.33% and 86.67% respectively.The effectiveness rate of the change of the diurnal rhythm of the DBP in two groups was 60.00% and 83.33% respectively.Conclusion: Taking medicine at night could not only steadily reduce blood pressure during 24-hour but also could effectively change the diurnal rhythm of blood pressure of patients with non-dipper hypertension so as to achieve the purpose of protecting target organs.
