| 摘 要： | 环氧合酶(cyclcoxygenase,COX)是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的限速酶。COX-2在多种肿瘤中表达上调,通过多种机制参与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移。近年来,COX-2与乳腺癌的关系研究逐渐成为乳腺癌治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | Cyclooxygenase(COX) is the arachidonic acud limiting enzyme in prostaglandin synthesis.COX-2 expression increased in tumors through multiple mechanisms involved in tumorgenesis,development and transfer.In recent years,COX-2 and breast cancer research has become a new target for breast cancer treatment. |
