| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氨磷汀对进行化疗的肿瘤患者的保护作用。方法对60例恶性肿瘤患者,采取随机双盲法分为治疗组、对照组各30例。对照组只作常规化疗,治疗组在化疗前30 min加予氨磷汀500 mg/m2静脉点滴,同时评估2组患者化疗的毒副作用。结果治疗组化疗后出现的骨髓抑制明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;2组肝脏、肾脏毒性差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论氨磷汀可以降低化疗引起的骨髓抑制的发生率,对化疗患者具有保护作用。
