| 摘 要： | 目的探讨COX-2-765 G/C基因多态性及患者性别,年龄,饮酒史,家族史与肝癌发生的关系。方法采用多聚酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性分析（PCR-RFLP）方法,检测COX-2-765G/C的基因多态性,并按照患者性别、年龄、饮酒史和家族史对等位基因频率进行分层分析。结果 COX-2-765G/C分为G/G、G/C、C/C 3种基因型,其在原发性肝癌患者中分布率分别为74.3%、22.3%和3.3%;在正常人群中分布率分别为87.0%、12.3%和0.7%。与G/G基因型相比,COX-2-765＊C基因携带者患肝癌的风险增加（OR=1.311,95%C I：1.511~3.533）。分层分析提示COX-2-765＊C基因携带者若同时伴有饮酒史或者肝癌家族史,其患肝癌的风险明显增加。结论 COX-2-765 G/C的C等位基因可增加肝癌发病的风险。
