| 摘 要： | 目的探讨nm23与PCNA在鼻咽癌中的表达与鼻咽癌转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测66例鼻咽癌标本中nm23蛋白和PCNA在鼻咽癌中的表达。结果鼻咽癌患者中的nm23蛋白和PCNA的表达高于慢性鼻咽炎的。nm23低表达与PCNA的高表达均和鼻咽癌转移有关（P均〈0.05）。结论 nm23低表达和PCNA高表达具有促进鼻咽癌转移的作用。
