| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丹红注射液静脉滴注并口服通络除痹方配合西医常规疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法：将明确诊断的该病患者136例随机分为治疗组与对照组各68例,两组均针对糖尿病给予西医常规治疗,对照组针对周围神经病变给予维生素B12、维生素B1和甲钴胺肌肉注射,每日1次;治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注并口服通络除痹方治疗,均以4周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为88.24%,对照组为70.59%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：丹红注射液静脉滴注并口服通络除痹方配合西医常规疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。
