依据彩色多谱勒血供特点指导经直肠前列腺活检

目的:探讨根据彩色多谱勒血供特点指导经直肠前列腺活检的方法。方法:选择68例临床疑似前列腺癌的患者,使用经直肠彩色多谱勒超声,选择血供丰富、阻力指数高的部位进行穿刺活检,送病理检查。结果:18例血流阻力指数(RI)≥0.75的部位,病理结果均为前列腺癌,其中,15例出现反向波。26例前列腺增生者的RI均<0.75。血供二、三级组和零级、一级组比较有显著差异(P<0.005)。结论:根据彩色多谱勒及频谱血流参数,指导经直肠前列腺活检部位的选择,可以较好地诊断前列腺癌。

Guidance of color doppler and blood supply for Rectum Prostate Biopsy

Objective:To explore the method according color doppler characteristics of blood supply for rectum prostate biopsy.Methods:To select 68 patients with suspected prostate cancer,use the rectum color spectrum of ultrasonic,select the parts with rich blood supply and high resistance index for biopsy.Results:18 cases with flow resistance index(RI) more than 0.75,pathology results showed prostate cancer,of them,15 cases was observed contra-waves.The RI in 26 hyperplasia cases in Prostatic all less than 0.75.Conclusion:Color doppler,and the blood flow parameters for diagnosis of prostate cancer.
