| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨FHL-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法:采用ABC免疫组化染色法检测41例胃癌患者的胃黏膜组织中FHL-2蛋白和COX-2蛋白的表达情况。结果:在胃癌组织中FHL-2和COX-2的表达阳性率分别为85.4%和90.2%,均显著高于慢性胃炎组织(P<0.05)。FHL-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中表达具有相关性。结论:FHL-2和COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达具有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore FHL-2 expression in gastric cancer and its correlation with the expression of COX-2.Methods:Expressions of FHL-2 and COX-2 were detected in 41 cases of gastric cancer by immunohistochemical analysis.Results:The positive rates of FHL-2 and COX-2 expression were 85.4% and 90.2% in gastric cancer,respectively.Expressions of FHL-2 and COX-2 in gastric cancer were significantly increased in chronic gastritis(P<0.05).FHL-2 and COX-2 were correlated in gastric cancer.Conclusion:The expressions of FHL-2 and COX-2 had correlation in gastric cancer. |
