芪薏助康颗粒对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗期的免疫功能影响观察

[目的]观察芪薏助康颗粒对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗期的免疫功能影响。[方法]46例受试者随机分成2组,试验组加服芪薏助康颗粒、对照组加服安慰剂。[结果]试验组各免疫指标于治疗后均较治疗前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)试验组各免疫指标治疗前后变化均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组免疫功能变化试验组优于对照组(P<0.001)。[结论]芪薏助康颗粒对气虚热毒型的非小细胞肺癌化疗期病人,有明显的提高和改善患者的细胞免疫水平,上调NK细胞活力从而调节机体的自身抗肿瘤作用。

Effect of Qiyi Zhukang Granules on the Immune Function of Patients with Non-parvicellular Lung Cancer

[Objective] Observe the effect of Qiyi Zhukang Granules on the immune function of patients with non-parvicellular lung cancer. [Method] 46 testees were randomly divided into 2 groups,the test group was added with Qiyi Zhukang Granules,the control with placebo. [Result] After treatment,the indexes of immune in the test group were higher than before treatment,the difference was of statistical meaning(P<0.01),which was more obvious that that of control with statistical meaning(P<0.01); the 2 groups of immune function change were better than control(P<0.01). [Conclusion] To the patients with non-parvicellular lung cancer,Qiyi Zhukang Granules can markedly improve their cell immune,up-regulate NK cell activity and thus adjust anti-tumor function of the organ itself.
