| 摘 要： | 目的比较盐酸戊乙奎醚与阿托品对救治急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的疗效。方法选择我院2003年5月~2004年12月收治的57例救治成功的AOPP患者,其中使用盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗23例,用阿托品治疗34例,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者在用药剂量、用药次数、住院天数和不良反应方面存在明显差异(P<0.01)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚在多方面均明显优于阿托品,在AOPP的救治中可取代阿托品。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical effects of atropine with penehyclidine hydrochloride on acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods: Fifty-seven cases with AOPP were divided into two groups. 34 cases as atropine group were treated with Atropine and 23 as penehyclidine hydrochloride group treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences in drug dose,frequency of drug administration,duration of hospitalization and adverse effect(P< 0.01 ). Conclusion: Penehyclidine hydrochloride has much more advantages than atropine in treatmeant of AOPP and can be recommended to replace atropine. |
