产程中实施舒适护理对初产妇分娩的影响

目的探讨产程中实施舒适护理对初产妇分娩的影响。方法将240例具有阴道分娩条件的初产妇分为实验组120例和对照组120例，对照组采用产科常规护理，实验组采用产科舒适护理。结果实验组疼痛程度减轻，第一产程、第二产程时间缩短，顺产率增加，剖宫产率降低，新生儿窒息、产后2h出血量、产程中用药减少，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论产程中实施舒适护理可降低分娩疼痛，缩短产程，增加顺产率，降低剖宫产率，减少母婴分娩并发症及产程中的用药，有利于母婴安全、健康。

Effect of comfort nursing during stages of labor on primiparas

Objective To explore the effect of comfort care during stages of labor on primiparas.Methods 240 primiparas were divided into control group (120 cases) and experimental group (120 cases).The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received comfort care. Results As compared to the control group, the experimental group had less pain, shorter first stage and second stage of labor, raised eutocia rate, reduced cesarean rate, as well as decreased neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage 2 hours after labor and the use of medication during labor, with statistical significance.Conclusions Application of comfort care during stages of labor can relieve labor pain, shorten stages of labor,raise eutocia rate, reduce cesarean rate, decrease complication of mother and infant and use of medication during labor, and thus benefits the safety and health of mother and infant.
