纤支镜介入联合雾化吸入治疗支气管结核的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨纤支镜介入联合雾化吸入治疗支气管结核的临床应用价值。方法将126例初治菌阳支气管结核病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予抗结核和纤支镜介入治疗,治疗组加用雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组在痰菌转阴速度、病灶吸收好转速度、临床症状改善速度、管腔内病变吸收速度方面均优于对照组(P〈0.01),且治疗组纤支镜介入治疗次数较对照组明显减少(P〈0.01),从而减轻患者的痛苦,降低了患者的费用。结论纤支镜介入联合雾化吸入是治疗支气管结核的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To research the clinical value of bronchoscope intervention combined with atomization inhalation treatment of bronchial tuberculosis.Methods 126 untreated sputum-positive cases with bronchial tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Given the same anti-TB treatment,bronchoscope intervention for both,but the treatment group was added atomization inhalation treatment.Results The treatment group was better than the control group in the sputum negative conversional speed,improved absorption speed of lesions,improved speed of clinical symptoms and absorption speed of intraductal lesions(P〈0.01),and the number of bronchoscope intervention was significantly reduced than the control group(P〈0.01),thus reducing the suffering and costs of patients.Conclusion Bronchoscope intervention combined atomization inhalation treatment is an effective method for bronchial tuberculosis treatment.
