| 摘 要： | 目的比较开罐式截囊与连续环形撕囊术中后囊破裂的原因。方法在2005年黑龙江省眼病防治研究所防盲工程手术中随机选取500例手术(视力<0.05;年龄≥40岁;自然成熟的白内障),将白内障分为1组和2组,1组是开罐式截囊,共266眼;2组是连续环形撕囊,共234眼。其它手术步骤相同,术后统计后囊破裂的例数和原因。结果后囊破裂共31眼,其中1组17眼,发生率6.39%;2组14眼,发生率5.98%。两组发生率的差异无显著意义(χ2=0.036,P>0.75)。结论后囊破裂与截囊方式无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the reasons of posterior capsule rupture caused by can open cut-capsule and continuous rip-capsule.Methods 500 cases of cataract patient were divided into group A of 266 with can open cut-capsule and group B 234 with continuous rip-capsule.The cases and reason of posterior capsule rupture were analyzed.Results There were 17 cases posterior capsule rupture in group A and 14 cases in group B without significant difference.Conclusion There was no relation between posterior capsule rupture and cut-capsule method. |
