六味地黄浓缩丸打光工艺的研究

摘    要:目的对六味地黄丸的打光工艺进行优选.方法选择乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、滑石粉用量、停锅吹干时间、糖衣锅转速、基丸装量6个因素,采用L8(2)7正交试验,以打光后丸剂增加水分和外观(光度、色泽)为指标.结果与结论打光工艺为:乙醇浓度55%,乙醇用量2 000mL,滑石粉用量1.5kg/锅,糖衣锅转速35 r/min,基丸装量80kg,停锅吹干时间30 min.

Abstract:Objective To optimize polish procedure of Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pill. Method Based on six factors as concentration of alcohol, amount of alcohol, amount of talc, blow-dry time after rotation, rotary speed of coating pot and loading volume of coating pot. By using L8(2)7 of direct cross method, the amount of increased water in pill after polish and pill appreance (smoothness, color) are taken as index. Result and Conclusion Polish procedure:concentration of alcohol 55%, amount of alcohol 2 000 mL, amount of talc 1.5 kg/pot, rotary speed 35 r/min, amount of basic pills 80 kg blow-dry time 30 min.
