肾阳虚证的分子机制进展和展望

摘    要:目的综述肾阳虚证在分子生物学和免疲学的研究进展和机制。方法对近十年来国内外发表的文献进行分析、整理和归纳。结果肾阳虚证分子机制与体内NOS/cGMP系统、下丘脑细胞中的PKA和PKc水平、CaM-mRNA表达、细胞免疲等方面有密切相关。结论随着研究的进一步深入,医学界将会对肾阳虚证有一个新的认识,为临床治疗肾阳虚证疾病提供更多的依据。

Abstract:Objective To review the Kidney-Yang Deficiency in molecular biology and immunology research and mechanisms. Methods at home and abroad over the past decade analysis of published literature, organize and summarized. Results The Kidney-Yang Deficiency and in vivo molecular mechanism of NOS / cGMP system, hypothalamus cells PKA and PKC levels, CaM-mRNA expression, cell-mediated immunity and so are closely related. Conclusion With the further in-depth study of the medical profession will have a deficiency permits a new understanding for the clinical treatment of Kidney-Yang Deficiency diseases, the basis for more.
