多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗与内分泌异常、心血管疾病风险的关系

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)与生殖激素水平异常、心血管疾病风险的关系。方法50例PCOS患者分为IR组(28例),非IR组(22例),另设30正常育龄妇女为对照组。分别进行生殖激素(LH、FSH、E2、PRL、T)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的测定。结果T、LH、TG、HDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、hs-CRP组间存在明显差异。结论IR是导致PCOS患者生殖激素水平异常、心血管疾病风险的主要因素。

Relationship Between Insulin Resistance and Reproduction Hormone Level, Risk of Cardiovascular Disease in Women With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To explore the relationship between insulin resistance(IR) and reproduction hormone level,risk of cardiovascular disease(CVD) in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Fifty women with PCOS included 28 associated with IR and 22 without,and 30 normal women served as the controls. Serum reproductive hormones(LH,FSH,E2,PRL,and T),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoA1,ApoB and high sensitive C-reactive protein were assessed and evaluated respectively.ResultThere were highly significant differences in T,LH,TG,HDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,and hs-CRP among these groups.Conclusion IR plays a key role in abnormal reproductive hormones levels and also increases the risk of VCD in patients with PCOS.
