电极法及酶法测定血清和肝素抗凝血浆中钾的探讨

摘    要:目的 比较用电极法及酶法测定血清和肝素抗凝血浆中钾的差别,探讨肝素抗凝血浆用于钾检验的可行性。方法 采用日立7170A全自动生化分析仪,Beckman CX3生化仪,MEDICA K/Na/Cl检测仪测定50例病人的血清和肝素抗凝血浆的钾。结果 用电极法测定血清和血浆中钾结果基本一致,而用酶法测定血浆中的钾结果存在差异(P<0.01),血清钾浓度(Y)与血浆钾浓度(X)的回归方程为Y=1.007X+0.23,r=0.998。结论 电极法测定钾血清和血浆结果基本一致,肝素抗凝血浆适用于电极法测定钾,而用酶法测定钾时血清和血浆中存在恒定浓度差(约0.24 mmol/L),应给予纠正。

Abstract:Objective The purpose is to compare the difference of potassium in detecting serum and heparin anticoagulate plasma by electrode and enzymic method. Studying the feasibility of detecting potassium with heparin anticoagulate plasma. Methods Using Hitachi 7170A full-automatic biochemical analysic device,Beckman CX3 biochemical device,MEDICA K/Na/Cl to detect 50 patient's serum and heparin anticoagulate plasma. Results The potassium in serum was nearly the same as in plasma by electrode method,while there was different (P<0. 01) by enzymic method. The regression equation of potassium in serum and in plasma was y=1. 007X+0. 23,r = 0. 998. Conclusion The result of detecting potassium by electrode method in serum is nearly the same as in plasma,therefore heparin anticoagulate plasma is appropriate to detecting potassium by electrode. But there is constant difference (about 0. 24mmol/L) in testing potassium by enzymic method, which should be corrected.
