囊性肾癌的影像学诊断

目的 提高囊性肾癌的影像学诊断水平。方法 对15例囊性肾癌病人的B超、CT检查和治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果 15例患者经健康体查B超发现肾囊性病变12例，因其他疾病而发现3例。初次B超拟诊囊性肾癌8例、单纯性肾囊肿7例。螺旋CT扫描全部病灶为囊性病变，增强扫描后囊壁内侧面不规则密度增高或结节样密度改变。全部病人经手术治疗，病理检查为肾细胞癌。结论 对于肾脏的囊性病变，如果B超或CT检查不能确立为单纯性囊肿，临床上应考虑为囊性肾癌并积极处理。

Imaging Diagnosis of Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective To improve the imaging diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with cystic renal cell carcinoma was analyzed retrospectively.Results Ultrasound examination found 12 cystic renal lesions in 15 cases for health survey and for known extra-renal diseases in 3 cases. Cystic renal cell carcinoma was diagnosed in 8 patients by first ultrasound examination. The other patients were diagnosed of cystic renal cell carcinoma by repeated ultrasound examination and CT scan. On plain CT scan renal cystic masses were detected in all patients. After intravenous contrast medium adminstration the margins of the cystic lesions enhanced irregularly or with nodular enhancing area. Surgery for removing the diseased kidney or renal mass was carried out, with pathological results of renal cell carcinoma in all patients.Conclusion Clinically, any cystic mass, if the cystic mass could not be confirmed as simple cyst on ultrasound or CT scan,should be considered as cystic renal cell carcinoma and be treated properly.
