婴儿癫(癎)与人巨细胞病毒感染的关系

目的探讨婴儿癫癎与人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染的关系。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法检测婴儿癫癎52例及健康儿童20例尿HCMV-DNA,比较HCMV阳性与HCMV阴性癫癎患儿头颅CT、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)异常率。结果婴儿癫癎组HCMV-DNA检出率为59.62%(31例),对照组为30%(6例),二者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。HCMV阳性癫癎组头颅CT、BAEP异常率(54.84%、25.81%)远高于HCMV阴性癫癎组(23.81%、4.76%)(Pa<0.05)。结论HCMV感染可能是婴儿癫癎的重要致病因子之一,其感染导致的脑组织损伤在婴儿癫癎的发生发展中可能起重要作用。

Relationship between Infantal Epilepsy and Human Cytomegalovirus Infection

Objective To explore the relationship of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection and infantal epilepsy.Methods Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was employed to detect the urine HCMV-DNA in 20 healthy children and 52 infants with epilepsy,and the changes in head CT scanning and brainstem auditory evoked potential were determined in HCMV positive and negative epilepsy infants.Results Positive HCMV-DNA was found in 31(59.62%)infants with epilepsy and 6(30%)healthy infants,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Abnormalities of head CT and brainstem auditory evoked potential,which was more frequent in positive HCMV-DNA group than that in negative HCMV-DNA group in epicepsy infants(Pa<0.05).Conclusion HCMV infection may be one of the important factors in the etiology of infantal epilepsy,and a series of brain damage by HCMV infection may play an important role in the pathogenesis of infant epilepsy.
