血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C在过敏性紫癜患儿早期肾功能损害诊断中的价值

目的 探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿肾损害早期诊断的实验室指标,为HSP患儿肾损害的早期诊断提供依据.方法 选取45例血清Cr正常HSP患儿作为观察组,30例健康儿童作为健康对照组.抽血后采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cyst-C).同时对观察组行尿常规检测.结果 HSP组血清Cyst-C显著高于健康对照组(P＜0.01),HSP患儿尿常规阳性率33.3%(15/45),而血清Cyst-C阳性率71.1%(35/45),二者间有统计学差异(P＜0.01).结论 通过检测HSP患儿血清Cyst-C,有助于发现血Cr正常的早期肾功能损害.

Evaluation of Serum Cystatin in Early Renal Impairment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of cystatin C(Cyst-C) level on the renal function early impairment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods The selected serum creatinine(SCr) normal 45 sufferers,with measured their urine routine analysis,and the same time did serum Cyst-C.Compared with 30 healthy children of serum Cyst-C.Results The levels of serum Cyst-C in HSP were definitely higher than those in healthy group,and the differences were together with its signifincance(P<0.01),the positive detection rate of urine routine was 33.3%(15/45),and the positive rate of serum Cyst-C was 71.7%(35/45).There was statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The positive is probably elevated in early stage of renal disfunction and can be used as a more senstive marker than creatinine.
