| 摘 要： | 局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗失败的主要原因为远处转移和局部复发。鼻咽癌对化疗比较敏感．化疗联合放疗可提高治疗获益。目前同步放化疗已成为局部晚期鼻咽癌的标准治疗。新辅助化疗也开始显示出良好疗效。

| Abstract: | The main reason of treatment failure in loeal advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma is distant metastasis and local recurrence.Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is sensitive to chemotherapy,and chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy can improve the curative effects.Concomitant radiochemotherapy has become the standard treatment of local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma now.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy starts to show promising effects. |
