胰腺癌姑息性治疗方法初探

目的探讨胰腺癌姑息性治疗方法的选择及其对生存期的影响。方法对近3年来54例行姑息性治疗的胰腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果行胆肠吻合术 全身化疗(S C)18例,胆肠吻合术 动脉灌注化疗(S A)19例,胆肠吻合术 动脉灌注化疗 放疗(S A R)17例。行S A R组患者生存期显著长于前两组(P<0.05),且疼痛缓解明显。结论姑息性手术 区域动脉灌注化疗 放疗可以延长晚期胰腺癌患者的生存期及改善生存质量。

Explore of Palliative Treatment for Pancreatic Carcinoma

Objective To explore the selection of palliative therapy for pancreatic carcinoma and the effects on the survival time.Methods Clinical data of cases of pancreatic carcinoma with palliative therapy in recent 3 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results 18 cases were with chol-intestinal anastomosis plus general chemotherapy(S C), 19 cases with chol-intestinal anastomosis plus arterial perfusion chemotherapy (S A), and 17 cases with chol-intestinal anastomosis plus arterial perfusion chemotherapy plus radiotherapy (S A R). The survival time of patients in the (S A R) group was longer than that in other two groups (P<0.05). The relieve pain in the (S A R) group was obviously.Conclusions The palliative operation plus regional arterial perfusion chemotherapy plus radiotherapy will prolong the survival time of the patients with pancreatic carcinoma in advanced stage and improve life quality.
